In Metem Automotive, forging process is done in very narrow temperature tolerances with the optical temperature sensor. Products are forged continuously at the same temperature in German Weingarten with 8 linear guidance system. Manufactured products do not show variability in size.

In Metem Automotive, forging dies are designed in CAD environment. Volume calculations of all ball pins ae done in CAD environment with 1/10000 (mm3) precision, so flashless-forged products are obtained.
